The system used for metal roof, using clamp hook to fix the solar panel. Different types screw would be used basing on the beam material and structure.
New Aluminum ballast mounting is suitable for flat Concrete roof. Aluminum structure don't need penetrate to the roof, all the solar panel will connect as a whole part and increase the strength. Adjustable bracket range is 10-35 deg.
UISOLAR cable clips are widely used in solar panel array cable positioning, to help prevent damage of the cable insulation. It is made of high quality stainless steel SUS304 material, and it is very easy to install, no special tools needed.
Concrete Roof mounting is designed for the Flat concrete Roof and Ground Mounting for one panel per array. Any Clearance height from the panel and to the ground will be easy to come true to get better heat dissipation. None Penetration to the roof.
UISOLAR solar clamps are made of Aluminum 6005-T5 and can be suitable for the solar panel with the thickness 25~50mm. It can be equipped with different nuts and applicated with different length of bolt to meet different requirement. The color can be both Silver and Black. Grounding pins can be added to the clamps to make it grounding purchase.
The Ground Bolt can also accept customized as request. The regular diameter is 76mm, and the Ground Plate diameter can be 200mm and 220mm. The length can be 1.2m, 1.6m, 1.8m and 2m. The thickness is 2.5mm, 2.75mm, 3.0mm. Hot dip galvanized average thickness is more than 80μm.
UISOLAR clamping hooks are the railless solution for the installation of Metal Roof, with different clamping hooks applied to different shape of metal roof. UI-TR series Standing seam clamp is fixed to the raised metal sheet on the roof, Non penetration is needed. SS-04 series mounting kit is designed for trapezoidal shape metal roof sheet. This is the common hook for most steel roof.
