A: Yes. We are a factory who is specialized in the producing the solar mounting kits in Xiamen, China. Our goods including solar mounting components, also the whole mounting system, including roof mounting, Ground Mounting, Carport, Solar Farm and also the OEM service.
Q2: How can we guarantee quality?
A: Always a pre-production sample before mass production;
Spot check will be done for each procedure during our goods preparing. And before shipment, all will be check again.
Third Party Inspection is accepted.
Q3: Can I get sample before we place the order ?
A: Yes. Samples can be avaible anytime if you need.
Q4: How can I get a quotation?
A: 1. If for the regular components, just show us the item No. and quantity, we will quote you immediately.
2. If for the OEM componnets, show us the technical drawing or the sample, we will show you our drawing and then quote you after got your confirmation to the drawing.
3. If for the whole mounting solution, to make sure can provide the most appropriate quotation, some more information about the project will be needed:
1) Solar panel qty. and dimension (LxWxT) of the panel
2) Panel/ structure tilt angles
3) Max wind load and snow load
4) Panel layout plan or the roof/ground size (Lx W)
5) Others it may need according to different solution
BIPV Waterproof Carport Solar Mounting System is a highly pre-assembly system which is suitable for both residential and commercial projects. While protecting the car from rain, snow, wind and frost damage, it can also provide power generation benefits, which can power the electric cars. The whole structure is made of aluminum and fastener will be stainless steel . The capacity can be customized according to customer's requirements. OEM is acceptable.
Applicable to corrugated or trapezoidal iron roofs. (1)The bracket is fixed to the roof with screws and is usually equipped with a rubber gasket at the bottom to ensure waterproofing. UISOLAR MAC steel ballasted mounting brackets are suitable for flat concrete roofs. Made from MAC steel, which is a zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy-coated steel, not only offer a price advantage but also ensure the strength of the mounting brackets.
L feet and hanger bolts are used in tin roof installation. Commonly used hanger bolts are M10*200, M10*250 and M12*300.Of course, customized are available here.
Ground Mounting 90deg Vertical ground The Ground mounting have highly corrosion resitant as the hot dip galvaning average layyer thickness is more than 80um. 1. It can applied to concrte block and piling foundation. 2. Easy to clean solar panels 3. The structure is simple and the bracket is fixed by bolts and pressure blocks.
UISOLAR rail included two types, one is solar roof rail, another is solar ground rail. Roof rails are used in roof mounting. Ground rais are used in ground mounting. They are made of extruded anodized aluminum and it can be made standard length and customized length . It has silver and black design. These rails are applied in commercial and residential solar system.

Concrete Roof mounting is designed for the Flat concrete Roof and Ground Mounting for one panel per array. Any Clearance height from the panel and to the ground will be easy to come true to get better heat dissipation. None Penetration to the roof.
The Solar Bird net is designed to keep birds and rodents from getting under solar panels to damage the roof and electrical wiring. This system protects panels by creating a physical barrier that excludes pests from solar panel mounting areas.
